Keever-Harris Day 2006
On Sunday, February 5, 2006, the newly named Keever-Harris
award ceremony was held. The Session of University Presbyterian
Church voted unanimously that the name of the “Keever-Harris
Fund” be changed to the Bob Keever-- Tennessee and Margie
Harris Fund. The purpose of the fund, which was begun when Bob
Keever, UPC’s Founding Pastor, left, is to provide awards
for outstanding student leaders. Persons may contribute to this
fund to honor the memory of Tennessee Harris or to honor Margie
Harris or Bob Keever. The two student winners of the award were
Callan Holt and Jonathan Awtrey.
