May 23- Thursday luncheon with Ray Bagnuolo
Helene Loper called to invite UPC members to a Thursday luncheon with Ray Bagnuolo, who is the facilitator of That All May Freely Serve, a sister organization to More Light. You may remember that years ago we had a visit from Rev. Janie Spahr and Michael Adee who talked about these organizations and their relationship. Ray has replaced Janie and would like to talk with local PCUSA folks about TAMFS. Helene asked Annabel Stephens to let UPC folks know.
The luncheon will be THIS Thursday at either noon or one, and the place will be determined once Helene knows how many people will attend.
So if you might be able to attend please let Annabel (astephen@bama.ua.edu)know by Tuesday evening, and she will pass the info on to Helene.

Volunteers for Book and Media Sales
Please do not forget to sign up as a volunteer for the Book & Media Sale. We especially need people who can work the week approaching the sale (May 7-10) sorting and pricing books. This is an important fundraiser for the food pantry, and we need some help to ensure it goes smoothly. Thanks for the support!
